What Tendd holds about you, who else can see it, and how to take it all back.

What Tendd holds
- Your email address
- how you sign in, and where a sign-in link is sent
- Your subscriptions
- the name, the amount, how often it repeats and when it is next due
- Where each one came from
- the bank you connected, or the fact that you typed it in
- The line your bank prints
- the text as it appears on your statement, kept unchanged so the same charge is recognised next month
- Your settings
- your currency, your plan, and which alerts you want
Tendd does not hold your name, your address, your card numbers or your bank login. It never sees them.
Who else can see it
- Supabase
- holds the database
- Resend
- sends your sign-in email, the emails about your subscriptions that you choose in Settings, and our replies when you write to us, so it sees your address and what the email says
- Cloudflare
- checks that a person and not a script is asking for a sign-in link, so it sees your browser and your internet address for that moment; and if you write to privacy@tendd.co, it passes your letter on to the Gmail inbox where it is read
- Plaid
- makes the bank connection and reads recurring charges. We ask Plaid for transactions and for nothing else
- only if you sign in with Google, and then it tells us your email address and nothing more
- Vercel
- serves the pages, and keeps the ordinary record of requests that a web server keeps
- Google Fonts
- the typeface is loaded from Google, so Google sees your address when a page opens. We plan to serve it ourselves
That is the whole list. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind in Tendd.
What your browser keeps
One cookie, and it is the one that keeps you signed in. Whether you chose light or dark is kept in your browser too, and that never reaches us.
What you can do about it
Download everything Tendd holds for you. It is free, it is yours, and it is on Data and privacy.
Disconnect a bank, on Your sources. The standing permission is withdrawn at Plaid and the key we held is deleted. The subscriptions already on your list stay there until you remove them.
A free bank scan reads once. Tendd then keeps the connection for seven days without reading it, so Tendd Pro can name what the scan found without asking your bank again, and after that it ends by itself. You can end it sooner on Your sources.
Delete everything, and your account goes with it. There is no archive and no copy kept back.
How long Tendd keeps it
Until you delete it. Nothing here expires on its own, because a list you have kept for two years is the reason to keep a list.
When this page changes
The date at the top is the day it last changed. If Tendd ever holds something new, or hands your data to someone not named above, this page will say so.
Who runs Tendd
Tendd is run by one person and not by a company. There is no business registered behind it yet, and when there is, this page will name it.
