How to cancel HBO Max
How to cancel HBO Max, step by step, from HBO Max's own help pages. Free, and no Tendd account needed.
- In HBO Max, choose your profile, then Subscription.
- Choose Cancel Your Subscription.
- Confirm, and note the date it expires: you can watch until then.
- No cancel option? The top of that screen names who bills you, and you cancel with them. Deleting the app does not cancel.
We last checked these steps on HBO Max's help page on Oct 30, 2026. If they have changed, write to hello@tendd.co and we will fix the guide.
