How to cancel Microsoft 365, step by step, from Microsoft's own help pages. Free, and no Tendd account needed.
- Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services with the account you bought it with.
- Choose Cancel subscription (it may say Upgrade or Cancel).
- Choose I don't want my subscription.
- Your storage drops to the free amount, so move files off OneDrive first if you are over it.
